"Enjoying Rare & Treasured Moments With Family..!!"

Tuesday: 7th June'16..
It may be an adventure of a lifetime but as important & special are times spent with family..especially when we don't live quite next door or even in the same country..So that's been the case these last few days, until I head to the hills of North Yorkshire early on Thursday morning for the first of my trail walks/treks/tramps or whatever you may want to call them, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park ..Let's hope the weather plays it's part & stays as favourable as it has since I've arrived..Gotta make the best of it.!!..
Mum, sister Donna & Dave live in the little 19th century resort township of St. Annes On Sea just a few kms. south of Blackpool & overlooking the Irish Sea ..Made famous mainly for it's international golf course & I guess the prominent & historical landmark of St.
Annes Pier dating back to the 1800s.
The neighbouring town of Lytham is equally popular with it's landmark Windmill by the sea & one of my favourite places for a stroll..the gardens of the iconic 18th. century Georgian country home "Lytham Hall".. Ideally located close to where Donna works, it's the perfect reason & excuse to drop her off in the morning & it saves her catching the bus to the office too..Works both ways I guess.!!..
